David Grossman
I do agree with David Grossman, he was right about the killing on the television. Kids today watch to much television, there is a high chance that they will turn onto the violent channel which teach them how to kill and make them like it. The thing that I agreed with him the most is not only televisions teach them how to kill, but make them like it because every time kids do something they think is fun, they will do it more and starting to like it. Grossman's warning was right, I agree with that warning too. His warning was that every television should stop teaching kids to kill, stop the violence that is not needed. I only have one thing that I think he was wrong, it was soldiers and kids are taught that the world was dark and dangerous place, I don't think so, they are teach how to kill, therefore they are being taught that they should all kill the people who are going against them or the bad guys.

I agree with your opinion because I mean games do effect children especially when the children arent big enough to. know what's wrong and what's right.
ReplyDeleteI agree with most of your ideas Kevin, I like it. Video games and T.V. (sometimes) teach young adults or children to kill or also LOVE it. They did that by simulated warfare, by war simulations , video games taught us that the world we're living in IS a dark and dangerous place. I think that kids were taught that killing people, no matter what side they are on, is good, well, because it hepls them gain points in the video games they are playing. So kids might actually start to kill innocent people in real-life.
